Holy Days of Obligation

In the Roman Church, there are six holy days of obligation, in addition to every Sunday:

  • January 1st – Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God*
  • Ascension Thursday – Obligation moved to following Sunday
  • August 15th – Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary*
  • November 1st – All Saints*
  • December 8th – Immaculate Conception
  • December 25th – Christmas

*In the Archdiocese of Baltimore, the holy day of obligation is suspended when the solemnity falls on a Saturday or Monday.

Confession (Reconciliation) Schedule

Fridays 6:30 pm

Saturdays 11:30 am through 12:00 pm and 4:00 through 4:45 pm

Devotions

Rosary – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:45 am

Wednesday (every week) – Miraculous Medal Perpetual Novena at 9:30 am

13th of every month at noon – Fatima prayers and the Rosary will be prayed.
