First Holy Communion
“I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.” -John 6:51
The Eucharist is the source and summit of our Catholic faith. Receiving Jesus in Holy Communion for the first time is a wonderful grace for your child and your family.
St. Mary’s Parish is blessed to accompany you and your child throughout this time of preparation as you deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ.
First Holy Communion Preparation
Children who are 7-8 years old and have completed first grade are eligible to prepare for and receive their First Holy Communion.
